*** Measurement Guide ***
Elbow-to-fingertip. Measure the distance from the back of the elbow to the tip of the middle finger in a standard sitting position
Bicep circumference. Measure the widest point of your bicep using a tailor’s tape measure. You can also use a piece of string to get the size, and then measure the string with a ruler.
Elbow-to-armpit length (custom sizing only). Measure distance from the inside of armpit to back of elbow
